Inspector notes: Observed multiple wiping cloths stored in quat sanitizer measuring less than 150ppm when measured with a chemical test strip. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Upon further inspection, the sanitizer dispenser was observed connected with a water input that was at a low pressure with air bubbles observed in the line. PIC ran dispenser to remove bubbles and mixed sanitizer with water input at full pressure. After dispensing, a concentration of 150ppm was observed
