Also observed the ceiling in the mop closet to be in disrepair and missing the vent cover. Discussed sealing the walls with a semi or high-gloss paint in the mop closet and installing FRP around the water heater and repairing the walls to smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent and durable surfaces
