Inspector notes: Observed a chlorine dishwasher with 0ppm of chlorine concentration after final rinse. Chlorine test strips were available and easily accessible. There was evidence that machine had been used, there were dishes inside. PIC primed the machine a few times and it yielded 0ppm after final rinse. PIC advised staff to sanitize all dishes at the 3-compartment sink using quat. Quat test strips were available and the quat dispenser was dispensing proper concentration between 200-400ppm. Please ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at proper concentration of 50-100 ppm
