Inspector notes: Observed the gasket from the walk-in door falling off of the door. PIC stated that the gasket was recently replaced and need to be secured onto the door. Observed the door handle unable to latch and the top latch of the door unable to latch. PIC stated that they don't use this walk-in for TCS foods due to it not closing properly. Informed PIC that the walk-in must be brought back into good repair. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
