Inspectors have visited Slim Chickens three times, with records going back to 2024. The most recent report on file is from Jul 9, 2025. When a facility lands in the low risk tier, it usually means nothing alarming showed up at the most recent visit.

Things have been moving in the right direction, with the rolling count dropping from around two violations to closer to zero violations per visit.

When inspectors have written things up, “in-use utensils, between-use storage” has been the most frequent reason, cited two times.

That falls roughly in the middle of the pack for Glendale restaurants. There isn't much in the file that would give a customer pause.
