Inspector notes: Observed several (20+) live fruit flies in the ware washing room, on the ceiling near the back prep area, and under the 2-compartment prep sink. According to PIC, pest control treatments are performed monthly. PIC contacted the pest company during the inspection to schedule a treatment. Discussed cleaning the drains, preventing pooling water, and deep cleaning the floors/walls/ceilings as necessary. The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies, routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests, eliminating harborage conditions etc. Re-inspection 10 days
