Inspector notes: Observed discolored and out of date (exp 2020) quat test strips in use at the 3-compartment-sink. Test strips did not accurately portray the quat concentration of the sanitizer. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Tested sanitizer with department-provided test strips which showed 200ppm quat, within manufacturer's specifications. PIC ordered new quat test strips for the sink. Advised PIC to use chlorine test strips and bleach available at the location to sanitize the sink until the new quat test strips arrived
