Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all scoops when stored in foods/dry goods shall be with handles and the handles shall be stored upright. PIC took out the cup at the time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed the hand wash sink at the main drink making line not draining properly and with low water pressure. Per PIC the drain line of the basin goes into a bin that is dumped at the end of every shift one at 12pm and 7pm. Observed the hand wash sink drain line is flexible tubing and was kinked. PIC was able to unkink the flexible tubing at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC all sewage shall be properly conveyed into an approved sewage system
