Inspector notes: Observed chocolate pots of cream labelled with labelled with dates between 10/9 - 10/16. Person in charge indicated they are delivered from a food processor weekly. Ready to eat (RTE)/time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Date marking is started when the food is prepared (cooked, baked, opened, ect.)
