All food must be obtained from an approved source as defined by law. Buskut packages were true embargoed at time of inspection. Items shall not be sold until verified they are from approved source

Inspector notes: Observed a hand held bidet attached to the water supply line for the establishment's toilet. The hand held bidet is a shut off style water sprayer attached to a hose that allows for the sprayer to rest attached to wall and removed when desired. Person in charge informed that due to lack of air gap for sprayer and it being a shut off style sprayer they must install a high hazard back flow device such as a RPZ (ASSE 1013) or a spill proof back flow preventer (ASSE 1056). All testable backflow devices must be certified. Provide an approved backflow device prior to re-inspection
