Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer in 3-compartment sink that tested to be 0ppm of chlorine. When adjusting the concentration, it was discovered that the bottle of Clorox bleach was heavily diluted with water. Person in charge went to neighboring store and purchased a new bottle of bleach. Sanitizer was raised to proper concentrations. Discussed importance of proper concentration of sanitizer, how to test the concentration with available test strips and encouraged a discussion between employees to ensure that stocks of bleach are not diluted without communication
