Plumbing system not approved or fixtures not cleanable (corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed spray nozzle attached to hose on mop sink faucet. The faucet at the mop sink has an AVB, which has been under pressure. Had PIC disconnect sprayer from the mop sink faucet and explained to keep the sprayer disconnected from the hose when not in use. Discussed with PIC about having the AVB looked at by a plumber since it was under pressure to prevent failure. Explained to PIC that the AVB valve is not designed to be continuously under pressure and that there shouldn't be any obstructions downstream from the AVB valve

Handwashing sink water not at required temperature (corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed no hot water at the hand wash sink near the drive thru mobile window. Per PIC, they noticed the hand wash sink was not working properly a few days ago and put a work order in. Discussed proper hand washing temperature with PIC. An insufficient supply of hot water will prevent the proper cleaning of food employees' hands. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing
