Inspector notes: Observed the following time/temperature controlled for safety foods with internal temperatures between 48*F - 64*F in the refrigerated display case for refrigerated salad dressings/dips/premade salad/precut vegetables: Taylor Farms Premade Salads, Marzatti Bottled/Container Dressings, Bob's Bottled Dressings, Marie's Bottled Dressings, Bolthouse Farms Bottled Dressings, Litehouse Bottled Dressings, Chick-fil-a Bottled Dressings, Panera Bottled Dressings, Opadipity Dips, Lighthouse Dips, Fresh Cravings Salsas/Hummus, and fresh spouts. These salads/dressings/dips/hummus/salsas contained cut leafy greens, cooked animal proteins, dairy, tomatoes, or cooked chickpeas; all of the containers indicated that per the manufacturer they must be kept refrigerated. The measured ambient temperature was between 45.1*F - 58.8*F. Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below.
