Inspector notes: Observed leakage dripping steadily from 3 compartment sink in kitchen area. Person in charge stated they are coming to repair it in the next day or so. In meantime PIC is dumping water bucket routinely keeping tile beneath in a dry state. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
