Inspector notes: Observed a large black tub being used to catch a leak coming from a water inlet pipe plumbed directly into the walk-in cooler connected to the kitchen area. Also observed a white rag tied tightly around the left-most faucet fixture of the 3-comp sink being used to stop a leak, located in the kitchen area. Discussed repair timeline with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
