Inspector notes: -- There is a significant gap on the drawer seal for the reach-in refrigerator near deep fryer. To ensure cold holding equipment is able to maintain temperature of 41°F or less, repair the reach-in refrigerator and drawer prior to the next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed overflow of dirty water sewage from outside parking lot grease trap and flowing directly into storm drain. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC has called for support to complete grease trap clean and sewage clean up. A permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health
