Per employee, the food had been cooked at 10am (observation made at 12pm) and was in the process of being cooled. At time of inspection food has not been cooled to 70F within 2 hours. Employee voluntarily discarded food during time of inspection (see embargo form). Do not attempt to cool food in a location where the ambient temperature could delay the process.
