Inspector notes: Observed several beef jerky sticks with a use by date of 02/03/2026. It was observed that one of the beef jerky sticks had visible green and white organic matter on it inside the package. The beef sticks in question were embargoed at time of inspection (see embargo form). Discussed with person in charge to visually inspect jerky products and to check dates as well and to discard old/out of date products. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection
