Inspector notes: Observed floor sinks in the ice machine room to be filled with sewage water, not overflowing and not draining. The floor sinks are for the ice machine and also the three-compartment sink that is not actively being used. PIC worked to fix the backup of sewage and was able to only get the floor sinks to partially drain at time of inspection. PIC was unable to get plumber to arrive during inspection until later in the evening. Discussed with PIC failure to correct the floor sinks drainage may result in future violations and suspension of permit
