Inspector notes: Observed customer enter establishment order and wait inside establishment with a dog on a leash. After discussion with the person in charge it was determined that staff did not verify if the dog was a service animal. Live animals prohibited on premises of food establishment, with the exception of fish in aquariums, shellfish, patrol dogs (in certain areas), service animals, pets in dining areas of institutional care facilities (when conditions in Code are met), confined animals in nonfood area of variety store or tourist park. Reviewed ADA guidelines for service animals and provided handout. Please train staff regarding prohibiting non-service dogs in establishment

Inspector notes: No employee with supervisory and management responsibility with the authority to direct and control food preparation that is deemed a certified food protection manager (CFPM) was present at time of inspection. A CFPM is required to be onsite during the hours of operation. Please obtain certified food protection manager certification and keep certification accessible for health inspections

Inspector notes: Observed two containers of cooked eggs tightly covered in the bottom of the prep cooler. Internal temperature measured between 50-62°F. After discussion with the chef it was determined the eggs had been cooling for approximately 2.5 hours

Inspector notes: Observed two container of cooked eggs/ 57-60°F cooling in covered containers in the lower portion of the prep cooler. Observed condensation built up on the interior of the lids. After discussion with the chef it was determined the eggs had been cooling since 6:45 AM (approximately 4 hours ago)
