More than 4 hours had elapsed (observed at ~10:30AM). Food that is unmarked or marked to exceed 4 hours must be discarded. Milk products were voluntarily discarded at time and discussed monitoring time closely under time as a control with PIC and ensuring that time as a control is followed according to written policy. The carafes were changed out at time of inspection
