After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the slicer was last used yesterday. Food equipment shall be clean to sight and touch to avoid any possible contamination or pests. Person instructed food employee to properly clean and sanitize the slicer at time of inspection

The person in charge had staff correct at time of inspection.
