Inspector notes: Observed small single door sandwich prep cooler with an internal ambient temperature of 45-50*F. Shredded cheese in bottom of unit were placed in walk in cooler to cool to 41*F. Staff are currently using an ice bath on top for sliced tomatoes, sauces, sliced cheeses, which are maintained at 41*F. Equipment must be working to maintain all food at 41*F. A Reinspection will be completed on or before Thursday March 13, 2025
