Inspector notes: Observed substantial delay in hot water supply at the majority of faucets in the establishment. Observed availability of hot water was prolonged when multiple faucets were turned on simultaneously. Observed staff demonstrate hot water availablity was conditioned on having to run the hot water at the mop sink and leave it running for extended time in order to facilitate delivery of hot water to the other sinks in the establishment. Discussed hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food establishment. Re-inspection 01/31/25

Observed a build up of food debris on the handles of the food containers and handles of the reach in cooler on the raw chicken prep line
