Inspector notes: Observed grease trap overflowing and conveying sewage in kitchen, prep area and warewashing area. Facility was handling and serving open foods at time of inspection and remained opened to public. Operator was instructed to discontinue operations until further notice. Operator had made a service call at time of inspection. It was determined last date of service was July 2025. Owner posted closed sign on front door. Please contact health department when repairs are completed, and all violations have been remedied
