Inspector notes: There were no paper towels or other approved drying device at the handwashing station nearest to the front of the store. The person in charge (PIC) stated that they were out of towels and the manager was picking some up. Advised the PIC to remove some towels from the dispenser at the back sink and place in the dispenser at the front sink, which he did

Inspector notes: The interior of the warewashing machine is heavily soiled with grease and food debris. Clean. Inspector notes: Various pieces of equipment throughtout the establishment are soiled with dirt and old food residues including, but not limited to, the pizza make table (grille covering refrigeration unit, front surface, doors and door handles, and area behind the pizza assembly ledge), the doors and handles of several upright freezers, and the food prep table in corner near the food prep sink (heavy accumulation of greasy residues). Clean. SECOND REPEAT VIOLATION Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. The presence of food debris or dirt on nonfood contact surfaces may provide a suitable environment for the growth of microorganisms which employees may inadvertently transfer to food

Inspector notes: There is visible dust adhering to the ceiling directly above the pizza make table. Clean. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
