Inspector notes: Below the handwashing sink at the expo station observed an unlabeled spray bottle filled with clear liquid. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the bottle was filled with sanitizer. PIC labeled the spray bottle at time of inspection

Inspector notes: In the walk in cooler, observed a tightly covered container of grilled chicken/50°F cooling with a container of chicken wings stored directly on top. In the walk in cooler observed multiple containers over 4 inches deep of white bean soup cooling 110-130°F that had been cooling for ~30 minutes
