Inspector notes: Multiple cans of food (at least 10-15 different cans) in dry storage with dents on seams and rims, as well as hard jagged edges. Reviewed can integrity with person in charge (PIC). PIC assigned an employee to go through entire dry storage closet to discard dented cans. Swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. PIC separated the damaged cans. A designated area will be used to store damaged cans until removal from the establishment

Inspector notes: Pans were stored wet on drying rack. Had PIC separate and stagger pans to allow for air drying. Also, clean utensils were stored hanging off of shelves and are hanging below the waist, so easy for pant legs to rub up against the clean utensils. In addition, the clean utensil rack (with hanging utensils) were stored up against the handwash sink without a splash guard. Please move the rack with utensils or install a splash guard. PIC moved the rack about 4-6 inches. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing
