Medium Risk Grade: B

Inspectors have visited Peter Piper three times, with records going back to 2024. On Oct 2, 2025, the health department conducted the most recent visit. Diners should read medium risk as a signal that some issues exist but aren't extreme.

Recent inspections have turned up roughly the same number of issues each time, hovering near two violations per visit.

Compared to other Phoenix restaurants (averaging 97), there's room to close the gap. Taken together, the history looks like that of a busy facility working through the usual inspection cycle.
