Inspector notes: Small flies observed in soda fountain area and in rear ware wash area, with the majority being observed in the ware wash area. The small flies appeared to be mostly around the dirty towel storage bags with a few also observed below the 3-compartment sink, corner near the water heater, and a few in the storage room. Pest control was last administered on 6/3/25. Please have pest control administered again prior to re-inspection within 10 days

Wall panel near water heater has space near it that exposes inner wall and allows pests to get behind it. Small holes in wall in storage room near office. Work is in place for the floor in ware wash area. Hole in wall near outlet in corner of prize station. Please repair these areas to protect inner walls and flooring and prevent possible harborage of pests. ***2nd consecutive violation***
