The person in charge confirmed the spray bottles contained cleaning solutions and labeled them accordingly. Discussed working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material

Equipment lacks capacity to maintain safe food temperatures
Inspector notes: Observed the walk-in cooler and the prep cooler by the pizza oven were not maintaining cold holding temperature. The walk-in cooler had an ambient temperature of 102.5F, the person in charge stated the walk-in cooler had stopped working earlier that morning and that all the food had been immediately removed and placed into other cold holding equipment. Observed the walk-in cooler was empty and not being used for storing any food at the time of inspection. The prep cooler by the pizza ovens had an ambient temperature of 53.7F, and the person in charge removed all TCS food items from the prep cooler at the time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge not to use the walk-in cooler and the prep cooler for cold holding storage until equipment has been repaired and maintains TCS cold holding temperature of 41F or less. Re-inspection for walk-in cooler and prep cooler to take place in 24 hours
