Inspector notes: Observed some buildup on the racks on the inside of the chicken wing refrigerator in the kitchen area. Discussed with person in charge to clean the refrigerator on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of soils on the racks. Person in charge will take the racks out and clean them. Also observed some soils on the hand soap dispenser. Person in charge will clean the soap dispenser. Discussed general cleanliness of the establishment. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed some fryer baskets with broken/missing wires on them. Discussed with person in charge to replace fryer baskets once wires begin to break/separate from the main fryer basket body. Person in charge had other fryer baskets to utilize while they replace the broken baskets. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
