Inspector notes: Observed only hand sink in kitchen with sign saying not to use it and with the wastewater piping removed. Person in charge indicated the hand sink was broken over the weekend and they are currently in the process of fixing it; person in charge indicated it should be repaired by tomorrow. In the meantime, the establishment has been using the 3-compartment sink to wash hands and has been wash, rinse, and sanitizing the basins whenever they need to do dishes. Establishment is required to have at least 1 handwashing sink, or a number necessary for their convenient use by employees. Establishment must repair hand sink within 24 hours
