Inspector notes: Observed 15 packages of grilled chicken breast with a process date of 8/12 and a best by date of 8/16 stored in one residential refrigerator on-site. Per label on package, chicken was purchased from Sam's Club deli department. Chicken is cooked at other permitted establishment, labeled, and a lid is placed over container (not hermetically sealed). Per person-in-charge (PIC), chicken was donated by a citizen and date was not verified upon receiving. PIC states time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food items are only delivered from other permitted food banks/establishments and could not confirm why cooked chicken was on-site. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection
