After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the chickpeas came from a can less than 4 hours ago. TCS food prepared from ingredients at ambient temperature shall be cooled within 4 hours to 41°F or less in uncovered/loosely covered, shallow containers less than 4 inches deep, in equipment designed to rapidly cool, by using an ice bath, by using ice as an ingredient, or another effective means. After discussion with the person in charge it could not be determined if staff asked the guest questions to determine if the dog was a service animal.
