Discussed with PIC that sanitizer should be 50-100 ppm chlorine; discussed procedure for self-mixing sanitizer and the importance of measuring chlorine concentration using test strips. Additionally observed blender being dipped into sanitizer for less than 10 seconds. Discussed with PIC that food-contact surfaces being sanitized with chlorine sanitizer should be submerged in sanitizer for at least 10 seconds. Blender was placed back in sanitizer for the appropriate time
