Building staff was able to set up an Insta-hot unit on the three compartment sink of the coffee shop providing hot water of at least 100*F as a temporary solution for handwashing and dishwashing. Discussed the importance of having established hot water of at least 100*F throughout the establishment for proper sanitation. Reinspection will be conducted on or before 8/19/2024
