Person in charge states they are already working on the sink and should have it fixed no later than tomorrow. Discussed the importance of having all handwashing sinks operational and in good repair to promote proper handwashing. Reinspection will be conducted on or before 2/13/2025

Inspector notes: Establishment uses Time as a Public Health Control for their cooked pizza but observed no time stamp indicating when the pizza was pulled from the oven. Cooked pizza had an internal temperature of 98*F. Person in charge states the pizza was taken out of the oven 15 minutes prior to the inspection. Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. All TCS foods being held under time as a control were properly time stamped at time of inspection
