Inspector notes: Observed small commercially packaged ham thawing on prep table in the back of the facility at time of inspection. Item was still fully frozen and had just been taken out about 20 minutes before inspection. Explained to person in charge (PIC) that all foods being thawed from frozen must be thawed in an approved manner. Foods must be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process. Food was placed under running water in the prep sink at time of inspection
