Inspector notes: Observed a clear spray bottle labeled "ACCU-QUAT" and "bleach" written in permanent marker. The bottle was sitting on the worktable being used by an employee preparing loafs. Employee stated that it is filled with water. Informed PIC that containers previously used for chemicals cannot be used for food items. PIC discarded the bottle at time of inspection. A container previously used to store poisonous or toxic materials may not be used to store, transport, or dispense food
