Inspector notes: Observed fried rice holding in the small rice cooker near the cook line with an internal temperature of 85-105*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to manager, rice was heated in the microwave a short time ago and then placed in the rice cooker. The rice cooker was turned off. All hazardous foods must be hot held at 135*F and above. Rice was microwaved to above 165*F at time of inspection and rice cooker was turned on. Discussed reheating to at least 165*F and making sure rice cooker can hold rice at 135*F or above
