Ice used as an exterior coolant may not be used as an ingredient in any food/drinks. Person in charge (PIC) removed bottles from ice wells, burned the ice, sanitized the well, and refilled the ice at time of inspection

Person in charge (PIC) provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about not utilizing handwashing sinks for anything other than handwashing at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sinks for all activities that are not for handwashing
