Inspector notes: Observed active warewashing at the 3-comp sink with a chlorine sanitizer solution reading below 50ppm. PIC drained sanitizer and made a new solution reading 50ppm at time of inspection. All dishes were cleaned and sanitized with new solution at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Chlorine sanitizer shall be within concentration ranges of 50-100ppm
