Inspector notes: Observed reach on refrigerator up front (Used to store catering orders) measuring with an ambient temperature of 49 degrees F. All food stored in the refrigerator had been prepped with the hour and was moved to alternative refrigeration. Refrigerator will be used to store TCS food items until in good repair and able to maintain temperatures at or below 41 degrees. Discussed appropriate cold holding temperatures and checking equipment regularly. Refrigerator is not required for flow of business, available refrigeration/space in walk-in cooler
