Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels (200-400pp quat sanitizer per establishment's quat sanitizer. Establishment has test strips that have not been opened. PIC emptied the compartment and refilled with 200ppm quat sanitizer. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection
