Discussed with PIC the single use containers are not designed to be washed and reused for direct contact of foods, sauces, seasonings or dried goods. If the buckets are used for chemicals they shall be labeled with chemical common name. Discussed with PIC to replace with containers designed to be reused or to line containers with disposable food grade bags
