Inspector notes: No certified Food Manager was present at the time of inspection. In Compliance with the Food Code, Maricopa County requires a Food Manager present during operating hours. Emailed Maricopa Policy changes and additional resources on where to acquire a Food Manager Certification

Inspector notes: Observed sticky build up on the bottom of the beverage dispensing nozzles. Advised management to clean the beverage dispensers more frequently to prevent build-up on the base of the dispenser. Surfaces of equipment contacting food that is not Time/Temperature Control for Safety shall be cleaned: at any time when contamination may have occurred or at least every 24 hours for beverage dispensing nozzles. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch

Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink by the main pizza-making station without paper towels available. Staff stated the automatic dispenser had detached from the wall the day prior. Paper towels were returned to the handwashing sink and will remain available while staff await repairs to the automatic dispenser. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing
