Inspector notes: Observed the spray nozzle at the three-compartment sink fallen below the flood rim of the sink when unhook from the storing hook. Informed PIC that the sprayer nozzle needs to be fixed to that it has at least a one-inch air gap between the nozzle and the flood rim of the sink. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection

Food items were in the appropriate time/temperature for cooling.
