At the end of the inspection, all floor drains were cleaned and working properly, except for one drain near the clean tray storage area. Discussed removing food from drains on the regular basis to prevent water from pooling. Please provide a work order stating the clogged drain is repaired. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times
