After several attempts for proper reading, sanitizer solution was hand diluted to the proper concentration of sink and surface sanitizer solution. District manager was contacted that chemical dispenser was not working properly. Chemical company was called at time of inspection. Per employee, green beans were placed in hot holding well, with heat unit turned half way, about 45 minutes and were ready for service. Heat unit was increased to high and green beans heated up to 135*F within 15 minutes. Discussed ensuring units are turned on high when initially placing foods in hot holding wells to rapidly heat to proper temperature.
